Roy Awad
Managing Partner
Roy has extensive experience in private markets. Prior to founding White Peaks Capital, he spent seven years working at Permira in London with a focus on private equity and private credit solutions. Before that, he spent three years within the Argos Wityu private equity team after being part of Natixis leveraged finance team in Paris for five years. Roy holds an M.Sc. in Management from ESSEC Business School Paris and a Bachelor in Economics.
Catherine Waldis
Director
Catherine has a strategy consulting and private markets background. Prior to joining White Peaks Capital, she spent four years at Jacobs Holding AG, focusing on private equity and private credit. Before that, she worked at BCG as a strategy consultant in Zurich. She holds an M.A. in Banking and Finance from the University St. Gallen (HSG).
Edward Foster
Investment Director
Edward has an investment banking background in leveraged finance. Prior to joining White Peaks Capital, he spent four years at Nomura in London and Paris, working on EMEA high yield bond and leveraged loan transactions. Before that he was four years at RBS in London. He holds an M.Sc. in Engineering from Imperial College London.
Nadia Frischknecht
Business Manager
Nadia has a finance and operations background. Prior to joining White Peaks Capital she worked as a Finance Manager in the venture capital sector at arc investors in Zurich and previously spent five years in the fields of corporate finance and accounting in the consumer goods industry. Nadia holds an M.A. in Accounting & Finance as well as an M.A. in Marketing, Services & Communication Management from the University of St. Gallen (HSG).
Konstantin Ewald
Investment Director
Konstantin has a private equity background. Prior to joining White Peaks he spent more than six years in the investment team of Private Equity Firm Capvis. In addition to board roles at various portfolio companies, Konstantin also gained hands-on management experience during one and a half years at technology company Xovis. He holds a M.A. in Management from the University of St. Gallen (HSG).
Luca Bazzani
Investment Associate
Luca has a background in strategy consulting. Prior to joining White Peaks Capital, he spent five years with BCG in Zurich and New York, where he focused on private equity and financial services. He holds an MBA from Saïd Business School, University of Oxford.
Chiara Ferrari
Investment Associate
Chiara has an investment banking background. Prior to joining White Peaks Capital, she spent three years at Credit Suisse and UBS in Zürich, working on M&A for Swiss large-cap clients in the consumer, industrial and software space. She holds a MSc in Finance and Investments from Rotterdam School of Management (RSM).
Louise Lienhart
Executive Assistant & Office Manager
Louise has a hospitality and start-up background. Prior to joining White Peaks Capital she worked for two years in the innovation industry at rready AG and was Marketing Manager at the Gstaad Palace Hotel where she spent three years. She holds a BBA in Hospitality Management from the Glion Institute of Higher Education (GIHE).
